First Friday Art: Through Death and Forest

Mark your calendars for an unforgettable evening of art, music, and community at Tenn Street Coffee & Books!

On March 7th, from 6-9 PM, we’re thrilled to host our First Friday Art Opening, featuring the breathtaking photography of our very own barista Rachel (R.K.N.) of Dark Nature Designs and live music by the talented Progmistress.

About the Artist: (R.K.N.)

Rachel, the creative force behind Dark Nature Designs, brings a unique perspective to her photography.

Her exhibit, Through Death and Forest, is inspired by the cycles of nature—its decay feeding its rebirth—and the strength and solitude found in Colorado’s forests.

Rachel’s work captures the raw beauty of nature, blending light and shadow to evoke a sense of peace and introspection. Her photography invites viewers to explore the delicate balance between life and decay, finding solace in the quiet moments of the natural world.

Live Music by Progmistress

Adding to the evening’s ambiance, we’re excited to welcome Progmistress, a talented musician known for their work with bands like Dreadnought, Morningstar Delirium, and Bleakheart. Their live performance will perfectly complement the exhibit, creating a rich, immersive experience for all attendees.
